Scope of Project |
| This project aims to develop a web application and mobile application for the online ASEAN dictionary, which is able to run on windows phone operating system. It provides users for searching, adding, deleting and editing vocabulary as well as linking word meaning between languages. Member users are engaged to verify such linked meanings. This dictionary is used to compile vocabularies, meaning, part of speech, pronunciation and examples in 10 ASEAN languages and English. The applications were developed by using C#, Visual Studio 2012, PHP, and MySQL database. 200 words of languages were compiled from learning ASEAN book published by Yourbook publisher, online Royal Institute Dictionary 2009, and online Oxford dictionary. |
